Note: If you decide to leave one-click join enabled and you set a meeting password, it will still be displayed in the Zoom meeting details on GauchoSpace. Now when students/participants click on the join link, they will be prompted to manually enter the password you have provided to them. When you are done, hit Save and Display at the bottom and you will see your Zoom meeting details at a glance. Note: the magnifying glass icon will let you view the characters you are typing. Schedule your Zoom meeting through GauchoSpace. Passwords that were embedded for pre-existing meetings will remain embedded. Note: this setting will apply to all newly scheduled meetings.
